A guided right-of-reply workflow

Upload the evidence. Let AI structure it. Review it. Publish only when ready.

RecordRight is designed so a customer does not need to understand formatting, page design or evidence organisation. They upload what they have, answer guided prompts, and the platform builds a professional record around the facts.

The simple customer journey

The goal is minimal effort for the customer, with AI doing the heavy lifting and the customer making the final decisions.

1

Create a project

Enter the business name, the other party, the dispute type and the public statement or review being answered.

2

Upload evidence

Add screenshots, emails, PDFs, invoices, receipts, app-store proof, social posts, messages or call notes.

3

AI organises it

RecordRight builds a transcript, removes duplicates, identifies dates, extracts claims and drafts the chronology.

4

Readiness check

AI scores the case for evidence strength, privacy risk, wording risk, missing facts and publication readiness.

5

Review and edit

The customer can accept, rewrite or remove any section. AI can tidy formatting into clean public lines.

6

Preview safely

The private preview shows exactly what the public statement would look like before it is made live.

7

Pay to publish

The project can be built for free. Payment is only needed when the customer chooses to publish the live page.

8

Share one link

The customer can share one calm right-of-reply link instead of arguing across multiple comment threads.

What AI checks before publication

✓
Chronology
Dates are put into order and linked back to supporting evidence.
✓
Claims and response
Each allegation is separated and matched against uploaded evidence.
✓
Formatting
Long screenshot text is turned into readable paragraphs and bullet points.
!
Risk wording
Unsupported accusations, aggressive wording and legal-risk phrases are flagged.
!
Privacy and redaction
Phone numbers, bank details, addresses, children and third-party details are highlighted before publication.

What the customer controls

Private draft

The case can stay private while evidence is uploaded and checked.

What is public

The customer decides which sections and proof images appear on the public statement.

Indexing

The customer chooses whether the page is public, unlisted or public and indexable.

Existing projects

Watch results do not alter old cases unless the customer deliberately links a result to a chosen case.

Where RecordRight Watch fits in

Watch is a separate monitoring module. It searches public web results for the business name, domain and configured keywords, then lets the customer decide what to do with each mention.

SearchExact name, domain, keywords and indexed Facebook results where available.
ClassifyResults are labelled Low, Review or High Priority to focus attention.
ActOpen source, save to Watch evidence, create a new case or deliberately link to an existing case.

Questions customers usually ask

Does AI publish automatically?

No. AI can draft, tidy and check. The customer still reviews and chooses when to publish.

Can a customer build without paying?

Yes. The build workspace is private. Payment is required when they publish a live statement.

Does this guarantee Google ranking?

No. Public and indexable pages can be discovered by search engines, but indexing and ranking are controlled by the search engines.

Is RecordRight legal advice?

No. It organises evidence and supports a factual right of reply. High-risk matters should be reviewed by a qualified adviser.
