Separate message screenshots record the Autospa customer contacting the publisher directly the same day, raising questions about court correspondence, RecordRight, business address details and app functionality. The publisher replied that RecordRight is an evidence-led right-of-reply product/page of Showcase Your Business, not a separate trading company or app-creation service, that other trading brands remained active, that the post was disputed as inaccurate, and that a call could be used to work through the refund.

Facebook material also includes a comment saying that a friend had been considering proceeding with me but that the information would stop that now. A Star Dance and Fitness responded that this was great news and that it had stopped somebody else losing money.

Additional loss-of-business evidence added on 8 September 2026:

• A Messenger business chat with Blue Water Home and Garden Refresh dated 6 September at 20:12 records a prospective customer asking for the business name and phone number.
• After being sent the Showcase Your Business website link, the customer replied that the business was all over Facebook as a scam artist and said they would not be doing business with or using the service.
• When asked "From who?", the customer replied that this came from people who had taken the business to court trying to get money back, and repeated that they would not use the business.
• A later screenshot from the same Blue Water Messenger chat shows that an app-studio preview and pricing had been sent before the refusal to proceed. The quoted pricing was GBP 399 for full development, GBP 79 per year for an Apple Developer Account and GBP 30 per month for hosting, support and push notifications.
• This is included as evidence that the public allegations were apparently affecting a real purchasing discussion. It is not presented as proof that the allegations were true, and no specific monetary loss is claimed without separate proof of the transaction value.

Additional public post concerning Kevin's Butchers & Son

• A further public Facebook post was identified from Kevin's Butchers & Son, posted around 11 September 2026 and viewed on 13 September 2026.
• The post refers to Sofia Grace Advertising, SGA Apps and Lucy Round and makes public allegations that products would not work, would not be fit for purpose and that refunds would not be provided.
• The publisher's position is that this is materially relevant because Kevin's Butchers & Son was refunded

• Project onboarding correspondence welcomed Georgina to the app project and provided project-status access.
• Georgina supplied the Astar Dance logo and confirmed the app colours as purple, black, grey and white.

5 November 2025:

• Georgina supplied detailed app information including timetable, terms and conditions, welcome pack, photographs, seating plan and uniform information.
• The correspondence also included pricing and requested private groups, chat, information areas and video functionality.

14 November 2025:

• Georgina supplied payment/API information for implementation.
• The credentials are redacted from the public copy because they are security-sensitive.

19-20 November 2025:

• Apple evidence identifies Astar Dance version 1.0 submitted on 19 November 2025.
• On 20 November 2025, App Store Connect stated that review was complete and the app was eligible for distribution.
• A separate Apple message states that Astar Dance had been approved for distribution.

24 November 2025:

• Google Play captures show Astar Dance under SGA Apps with an Install button, app screenshots and download/update information.
• This is evidence that an Android listing was publicly available.
• Store approval/listing is not presented as proof that every requested feature worked perfectly.

27 November 2025:

• Georgina sent an email headed "CHANGES".
• The requested amendments included recurring payments, trials, invitation-to-enrol functionality, currency changes, admin controls, chat, uniform purchasing, ticket booking, noticeboards/newsletters, student areas, parent information and child information.
• This is significant because it records substantial requested amendments/additions after the app had reached the app-store stage.

Later messages show Georgina stating that she would go public with reviews and evidence and that she would not let the matter go until paid in full.

I asked for a public post describing me as a con artist and showing personal details to be removed.

My own messages used the word "blackmail". I do not present that word here as a legal finding. It is included only to explain the pressure I personally experienced during the repayment dispute.

Further messages included statements that Georgina had returned to Trustpilot and would add a new review if required. She alleged that I had failed to provide a service or product and had failed to refund the money under the refund policy.

I also confirmed in writing that the outstanding refund would be returned by the end of September. This is included for transparency, because my position is not that no money is owed. My position is that the refund issue is separate from the public allegation that no app or product was produced, or that the project was a scam.

Public posting and review activity still continued or remained in place despite that written confirmation. This is why the record includes the later public statements and the evidence of apparent reputational impact.

The Blue Water Messenger screenshots are included in this section because they show an apparent commercial consequence of the public allegations: a prospective customer declined to proceed after seeing the Facebook material. A further Blue Water screenshot shows the customer had already been sent an app preview and pricing before that refusal.

13 September 2026 update:

• A public post from Kevin's Butchers & Son was found referring to Sofia Grace Advertising, SGA Apps and Lucy Round.
• The post encouraged readers to avoid the business and stated that customers would not be refunded.
• The publisher states that Kevin's Butchers & Son was refunded in full on 23 June 2026.
